We decided to refinance the house and it turned into blood in the water. Millions of calls, people not listening and very impersonal conversations. From the first word, everything just felt different and comfortable with David. The conversations were easy, you could tell he was actually listening and it felt like the beginning of a relationship, not a business transaction. His communication was above and beyond at every stage of the process. We ran into a hiccup with an our credit report. A mortgage company had reported a charged off account that never happened. They were difficult to deal with and told me they couldn’t write a letter saying nothing happened if it didn’t actually happen. David was able to make this go away with the mortgage company in about 2 days. We are now closed and everything went very smooth. We are now talking to David about our other three properties.
